At Maison Berger Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all fragile glass lamps and fragrance refills are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
